InterGest Denmark assists foreign companies in establishing and developing their business activities in Denmark.

InterGest Denmark was formed to assist foreign companies in establishing and developing their business activities in Denmark and the Nordic region. We offer the drawing up of balance sheets, monthly and annual tax returns, invoicing, general accounting and accounts receivable collection, payroll and related social services, bank account management and computer aided, international cash management along with business accounting and reporting, consolidation, statistics and bespoke reporting as agreed. Transport and customs clearance services are provided as is stock management, legal advice, tax consultancy and auditing*, company formation (with notary public)*, personnel consulting, acquisition and recruitment*, contacts to authorities and state organisations.

Mikael Tving has a Master of Science in Finance (Aarhus University). As an Advisory Manager he has worked with many different companies cross the Nordic countries. As Advisory Manager for accounting and payroll services he has a broad knowledge of all the processes. Mikael speaks English and Danish.

The InterGest Denmark office is located in Herlev, a suburb of Copenhagen with easy access to Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen, (Central Station is 20 minutes away). Copenhagen is the centre of the Scandinavian growth centre in the Øeresund region, this region is expected to be a base for considerable business activity expansions in the coming years.
