Who is InterGest ?
Since 1792, InterGest has specialised in releasing international companies of the burden during their formation and from the day to day tasks of all business processes that would normally take up so much of their daily working hours, leaving them invaluable time to do what they do best.
InterGest Denmark was formed in 2001 to assist foreign companies in establishing and developing their business activities in Denmark and the Nordic region.

Drawing up and consolidating balance sheets, monthly and annual tax returns invoicing, general accounting and accounts receivable,collection, payroll accounting and social services, bank account management and computer aided, international cash management, business accounting with reporting, statistics etc. Transport and customs clearance, stock management, legal advice, tax consultancy and auditing*, company formation (with notary public)*, personnel consulting, acquisition and recruitment*, cacts to authorities and state organisations

InterGest Nordic was first formed to assist foreign companies in establishing and developing their business activities in the Nordic region.
Our services and systems are designed to assist our clients in developing an optimum concept for the establishment and administration of a branch or subsidiary in the Nordic region and this with one contact person.
Henrik Kryger has a Master of science in Business administration (Copenhagen Business school) and has worked in the Nordic Region for more than 25 years. As General Manager for accounting and payroll services he has a broad knowledge of all the processes. He has worked with companies and clients in all Nordic countries, but primarily in Denmark and Finland. Henrik speaks English and Danish.

The InterGest Denmark office is located in Smørum, a suburb of Copenhagen with easy access to Copenhagen Airport and Copenhagen, (Central Station20 minutes). Copenhagen is the centre of the Scandinavian growth centre the Øeresund region, this region is expected to be a base for considerable business activity expansions.
